RENTING CONDITIONS for the whole property

- Long term rental, space available for six months minimum

- The country property includes 5 spaces (4 houses, 1 communal space for leisure) plus a large area of garden and land to be rented as a package.

- The rental price will be based on bids received by individual customers, being the closing date for receipt of proposals on 15 April.

- The proposal must include the price offered and the purpose of the stay, with the minimum price 4.000Euros per month. The chosen proposal will be assessed the combination of these two factors.

- The place is ideal for a small group of friends or family, an artistic retreat in nature, writers and people who seek to live in nature skin to skin.

- Within biological farm, high percentage of organic products and recycling.

- Possibility of self-cultivation of seasonal organic gardens or if preferred a person can grow an organic vegetable patch for you.

- Beach at 30 min by car.

- Valencia city at 1h and a half by car, two and half hours to Barcelona. Good access from Castellón to Madrid by train.
